How long does a pod last?
It depends on how you use it. How often you puff, and how long each draw is, makes the biggest difference. Some members finish a pod in a day, while others make one last a month. Shorter, gentler draws stretch a pod further and usually taste better too.
How strong is it?
Very. At around 95% THC, distillate is far more concentrated than flower, which usually tests between 15% and 30%. If you’re new to vapes or haven’t used cannabis in a while, start with a single short puff and wait at least 10 minutes before taking another.
Can I use my own battery?
We don’t recommend it. Our pods are matched to our Pod Battery. A battery that runs too hot can burn out the ceramic coil or damage the heating element and cause leaks, and one that runs too cool won’t vaporize the oil properly, so it won’t hit the way it should.
We can only replace or credit a pod that leaks, breaks or won’t hit when it’s used with one of our batteries, which we confirm through your order history.
How do I prevent leaks or clogs?
Store your pod upright at room temperature, and keep it out of hot cars and direct sun. Distillate is a natural plant oil and is more sensitive than nicotine e-liquid, so a little care goes a long way. If a pod feels clogged, a few gentle draws without heat, or a few minutes in a warm room, will usually free it up.
Why is the oil so clear?
Distillate is refined to remove plant material and impurities, which leaves a clear, golden oil. Darker oil usually means more leftover plant material. Clear oil vaporizes more cleanly and is easier on the coil, which helps every pod perform the way it should.
Can I refill the pod?
No. Each pod is sealed to keep the oil fresh and prevent leaks. When it’s empty, pop it out, dispose of it according to your local rules, and click in a new one. Your Pod Battery is rechargeable and keeps going pod after pod.
